About Me

I'm Erin. A wife. A mother. A teacher. Currently an almost full time stay at home mum. Almost ten years ago now I married a wild, red headed, car loving, get your hands dirty kind of guy named Glen. It's an interesting match actually cause I'm more the quiet, goody two shoes, clothes loving, keep your hands clean kind of girl. Soon after we got married we moved to the country. He loved it. I not so much. He loved the wide open spaces, the quiet, the cows, the dirt and the big ass shed. I longed for company, noise, shops, convienience and outings out of the house that did not require a day trip into to town. Long story short, I ended up getting my own way and we sold our country house and moved into a town in the Central West of NSW. I LOVE IT. I love my new house and the convienience that living in a town brings. I love ducking down to the shops, coffee catch ups, driving five minutes to the gym. Hopefully we'll be here forever. Husband is mostly happy cause he got a new big ass shed.
In 2006 we welcomed our first daughter, Amali Vale into the world. Our first miracle. A beautiful, happy, smart and funny little girl. We love her to bits and have loved watching her grow into such a beautiful little girl. She loves books, dancing, music, going to the park, swimming, going to the beach and anything sweet.

In 2010 we were blessed with a pregnancy that lasted 16 weeks. On the 18th May, 2010 I delivered a beautiful little boy who was never meant for this Earth. We named him Lochie William. We touched him, we held him, we loved him and we sent a part of our hearts with him as we said goodbye. Heaven is keeping him safe until we can hold him again.

In 2011 we welcomed another beautiful little girl into this world. Leah Paige. What a delight she is. She's placid, and lovely and smiley and happy and cute as a button. She loves to sleep and poo in the bath. She has filled us with joy.

 

So here I am. Enjoying my new house. Enjoying doing school drop offs and school pick ups Enjoying being home with my baby getting lots of cuddles and kisses. Enjoying teaching one day a week. Enjoying going to the gym.
I love good food, coffee catch ups, wines with friends, dinner parties, BBQ's, shopping, making our house our home, keeping fit, and writing long lists of jobs for my husband to do.
